BOOKING: A 50% non-refundable DEPOSIT for your session is due within seven (7) days after booking your session. This guarantees the time and date allotted for you. Should the deposit not be received in this time frame, “BOCKERPHOTOGRAPHY” reserves the right to offer the date and time to another client. The deposit shall be applied to reduce the total session cost and Client shall pay the balance due on the date of the shoot and no later. Balance shall be paid in full during the session or before ordering (printed works).

PRINT ORDERS: Payment is due when ordering your portrait packages or individual images. Once payment is received, orders are placed. We ask that you allow at least 2-3 weeks for delivery of your images from the moment you place your order whereby you will be invited back to the studio for your personal reveal.

REPRINTS: All ordered images will be kept on file for one year after your initial order. All images that are not ordered will be kept on file for 6 weeks before being deleted. You are welcome to place a re-print order from the images you originally purchased. All additional images, including re-prints, are charged at £25 per image.

CARING FOR YOUR ART: Client is aware that colour dyes in photography may fade or discolour over time due to the inherent qualities of dyes as well as USB, DVD or CD media which may deteriorate, and Client releases BOCKERPHOTOGRAPHY from any liability for any claims whatsoever based upon the deterioration due to such inherent qualities. You are responsible for the care and maintenance of your art. Upon receipt of your images, you release “BOCKERPHOTOGRAPHY” from any liability due to loss or damage of the images, and also release “BOCKERPHOTOGRAPHY” from any obligation to maintain copies of any digital file, image, or photograph.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL: Due to the custom nature of each session, all sales are final.

RETOUCHING: Any retouching beyond the basic retouching we automatically do (blemishes, small facial scars, bruises) will be charged a fee of £25 per hour. This includes teeth whitening, removal of logos/stain on shirts, etc.

RESCHEDULING AND RE-SHOOTS: Re-shoots are at the discretion of the photographer; and are not given for regretful choices such as clothing choices or a bad hair day.

FEELING UNDER THE WEATHER: If you are feeling ill, please call to reschedule. If you must cancel, please try to kindly do so at least 48 hours before your session. Your DEPOSIT will be applied to a future session date.

PAYMENT OPTIONS: BOCKERPHOTOGRAPHY accepts cash, credit and debit card and Paypal. If paying with Paypal, a 3% merchant charge will be added to your balance. BOCKERPHOTOGRAPHY now offers membership plans for DANCE sessions. Clients can spread the cost of the membership over 1, 4 or 12 payments in a 12 month period. Dance memberships offer the client 4 dance sessions within a 12 month period. If paying for the full membership up front, the client will be expected to book with advance notice, 4 sessions throughout the 12 month period. If the client does not wish to use the 4 sessions, payment will be taken for each session used at £299 per session, with the balance refunded. If paying quarterly or monthly, if at any point a payment is missed, no further sessions will be undertaken until payment has been received.

SHIPPING COSTS: You have the option to schedule an appointment to pick up your order or have it shipped. If you choose to have your order shipped, there will be a minimum £10 shipping charge.
COPYRIGHT AND REPRODUCTION: The Photographer, BOCKERPHOTOGRAPHY, shall own the copyright in all images created and reserves the right to use the negatives and/or reproductions for publication, portfolio, advertising or display within or outside of the Photographer’s studio. Negatives and originals remain the property of BOCKERPHOTOGRAPHY.

CLIENTS USEAGE: Client shall not modify, edit, reproduce, copy or manipulate the copyrighted images in anyway without the written permission of “BOCKERPHOTOGRAPHY”. You have the permission to use the prints for personal use only; you do not have permission to sell said prints or to make copies of the images. This includes home printers, printers at local labs and convenience stores (such as Tesco, Asda Wal-Mart, etc.). Any reproduction, display, distribution and/or use of the copyrighted images for advertising or commercial use shall be allowed only upon “BOCKERPHOTOGRAPHY’s” written permission specifying usage and fees. Any infringements of this copyright policy may be punishable by law with fines starting at £150,000.
